By purchasing at Specialdays webshop, you have accepted the following conditions.

return policy

At Specialday, we are proud of our products, and if you are not happy, we are not happy. Therefore, we always offer a 30-day full return policy on purchases made through our webshop, valid from the day you receive your goods.

If you wish to make use of your right of return, simply send an email to hello@specialday.dk and specify what you would like to return. The goods should be sent to:

Packages must be sent directly to the above address. To receive a full refund, items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received. Returned items must be sent in their original packaging, including protective film.

Return shipping is at your own expense and risk. We recommend sending returns as a tracked and insured parcel. Returns or exchanges cannot be made in physical stores, as they are separate legal entities.

Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the purchase amount. Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that personalised items cannot be returned. Due to their customised nature, we are unable to refund orders resulting from customer errors, such as spelling mistakes or incorrect layout selection. For complaints, please refer to the section below.

complaints

All goods are covered by a 2-year warranty under applicable consumer law. This means you may complain about defects or faults that occur within two years of purchase.

The warranty does not cover defects, damage, or wear caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs related to returning a valid complaint.

As a consumer, you may request a replacement item, provided the complaint is justified and the replacement does not result in unreasonable costs for Specialday.

payment

We accept payments by all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

The full amount is charged when the goods are shipped. All prices include 25% VAT.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes once the package reaches the destination country. Specialday ships under the Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning we do not charge VAT, duties, or taxes on orders outside the EU and cannot predict the exact costs. Any additional charges must be paid in order for the parcel to be released by customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
